Payment

Shipping
1. Your item will be shipped out after payment is verified. In special cases, eg, changing the color or providing the feet measurements, may it will be 7-10 days to prepare.
2. We ship all of our items via DHL, UPS, EMS, DPEX, FEDEX, ARAMEX etc.Normally we choose the fastest express, they need 4-9 or 8-15 days for arriving, or choosing standard shipping, it needs more longer time, but depends on varies customs situation to choose. eg, we choose the easy clearance express for some countries. It may take longer due to delay in Customs clearance, holidays, weather or the factors of force majeure.
3. We will send you a trackable number after we get it from the shipping forwarder, please check it and keep in touch with us for the package tracking.
4. Please note that buyers are responsible for all additional customs fees, brokerage fees, duties and taxes for importation into your country. These additional fees may be collected at time of delivery.We will not refund shipping charges for refused shipments.The shipping cost does not include any import taxes, and buyers are responsible for customs duties.But if you have any special requirements for it, please contact us in advance.
Return or Exchange
1. All delivered items in 100% good quality and under strict examination before shipped.We will try our utmost to avoid any quality problems.
2. If you are not satisfied with the shoes or size is not fit, most of countries we have “local free return”policy, please apply “the returning and fully payment refund “within 15 days, when our local warehouse get the package, the payment will be refunded to you, you can re-order the correct size.
3. If your country has no “local free return “policy, also we have the return and refund policy, but need you send them to China for returning and refund or exchange.

Shoe Care
If you consider that our shoes take weeks to make and can last a life-time, its well worth taking a little time to care for your investment. Here are some simple guidelines:
* Always clean shoes regularly by cleaning off any surplus dirt with a brush or dry cloth.
* For leather shoes apply a quality shoe polish or cream and buff off with either a dry cloth or a brush.
* For suede shoes brush up the nap with a suede brush.
* If shoes are wet, let them dry naturally as quality calf leather shoes require a slow natural drying process.
* The use of a shoe tree is recommended as it will help to retain the shape of the shoe.
